* I will try to remember who you are. I loved thee twice or thrice before I saw thee. In a flickering flame. Preparing spaces for thoughts to coalesce. Like a receptor in the brain forms a specific shape to receive a fitting molecule, you prepare the spaces formed to receive the thought, to recognise a part or aspect of you.

I dreamt that our family was gathering for Christmas at Uncle John and Aunt Yve's house. There were too many of us. I walked through the house, past everyone, to find my friend, but I could not find him or her. Everyone was so busy collecting the eleven million bits per second.

The rain is falling in the shallow waters. There are tracks in the white sand. Regular long waves flow from left to right. Rhythm. Something makes a rhythm, a large movement while the small movements frolic upon it. They disrupt the long movements temporarily, but the inertia in the large movement overcomes them.

Have we left the cloud? Are we dancing in the rain on the beach? The dark tracks, or scars, seem more permanent, unmoved by the shallow water, but over time they will erode away.
